in 1928
Troop
215 was originally founded in 1928 and from 1928 to 1958 was called Troop
81. In 1959, the Blue Ridge Council changed the Troop Number to the
Current 215. Throughout this entire time, First Presbyterian Church of
Anderson, SC has continually supported these scouting units. The
first 3 Eagle Scouts which all passed their Board of Reviews on Oct. 5, 1929
were the 29th to 31st Eagles in the Blue Ridge Council since the Council was
founded.
