Calvary Home for Children (110 Calvary Home Circle -On Simpson Road) starting at 10:00 am until 2:00 pm each day.  Landscaping to create a quiet area by a shelter for families to spend their time.  Bring work gloves, racks, and shovels. August Campout & Archeology MB

Fri to Sun, Aug 13 to Aug 15, 2010

 Cost: $7.00 per scout – plus the cost of Patrol Food Deadline to sign up – Tuesday, Aug 10, 2010 Food – bring a bag supper on Friday or eat before arriving on Friday evening – all of the rest of meals will be prepared by Patrols Location: Tom Garrison’s Farm in Pendleton, SC. Adults go FREE and eat FREE with the Patrols. Activity during Saturday: Scouts will be working with Mr. Gray on the Archeology Meritbadge and performing a “dig” for Indian relics. NOTE: Scouts must have current physicals and permission slip forms in place in the Scout Hut Binder – if you went to Camp Old Indian you are fine.  If you did not go to camp, be sure to check your status at the upcoming meeting.   Please e-mail BOTH David Gray DGray714@gmail.com and Ben Cothran Cothran.Ben@gmail.com if you plan on attending this event.

Starting at 7:00 pm – Scouts to arrive at 6:30 pm to set up for the program. MC’s for this event are Austin Harder, Griff Tolly, William Gray and Matthew Samstag – if you wish to MC the late Fall 2010 COH – please let Dave McMann know. Please be on the lookout for a note from Marie Samstag to bring supplies, snacks and drinks.
